- Have a desire to learn
- Be a member of The Greater Piney Grove Baptist Church
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Be accepted to Beavers Beauty Academy
- Complete the General Scholarship Application

Background:
The Beavers Beauty Academy Scholarship was created in honor of Diane Paterson “Ms. P” to provide opportunities for creative individuals to realize their dreams within the beauty industry. The goal of the scholarship is to assist and allow students with a desire to become a Cosmetologist, Barber, Esthetic or Nail Tech to receive a quality competitive and relevant education at Beavers Beauty Academy. The Academy provides high quality technical training that enables student(s) to pass the state licensing exams, attain employment and successfully compete in the rapidly changing beauty industry.
